This is a short-term, actual, workplace experience provided through field tours and specially planned on-site lectures given by companies and institutions that have implemented healthcare services. Ultimately, this will be a sound opportunity for experiencing the corporate environment, which proves to be valuable in reducing the time needed to acclimate oneself to a new workplace and in minimizing the trial-and-error period when hired.
Lectures by specially invited CEOs
By inviting CEOs and executives of existing companies in the healthcare industry, these special lectures will provide insights into the latest trends in the industry, the status of technology development, and service development strategies. These lectures are expected to provide valuable opportunities to broaden your realistic vision of these and related industries.
Seminars with specially invited experts in healthcare
By inviting experts working in various fields of the healthcare industry, these special seminars will provide in-depth discussions on particular topics. Students may receive 3 credits by submitting a report (a simulated business plan), along with field experience and attendance of the CEO lectures.
Production and Expansion of Student-Led Educational Content
Inje SLS(Self-Learning & Sharing) Program

With students not relying solely on textbooks in lecture subjects, and by using various types of learning resources to design and produce multimedia learning content by themselves, students will develop their interest in, and confidence for both learning and teaching. Production costs will be provided to those who sign up.
Internship Program
On-the-Spot Education Program
Through on-site learning and experience, this program promotes the nurturing of academically-integrated, specialized professionals who are capable of adapting to various environments, and capable of meeting the both goals of college education and the needs of the workplace. Based on the goals of discovery and exploration of student-led research, and a multi-disciplinary approach, students select design, and execute research projects. By researching practical and substantial topics from various areas, creative solutions are to be sought, and the theoretically oriented knowledge acquired through the curriculum will be restructured and utilized to provide an opportunity for conversion into practical knowledge. The participating students will receive financial support for their program of research. After the final results have been submitted, awards will be presented for excellent research programs.
Academically-Cooperative Creative Research Program
Similar to the student-led, creative research program, although the students in this program form their own teams and select topics related to the workplace, this is a system that elicits balanced learning by having advisory professors and corporate mentors knowledgeable in areas related to the topics. In this program, teams are to be formed, and the advisory professors and corporate mentors knowledgeable in areas related to the topics. In this program, teams are to be formed, and the advisory professors and corporate mentors will participate as well. Through a mid-term report, the progress status will be reviewed. In addition, awards will be presented for excellent research programs after the final results have been submitted.
